These affinity groups can be by identity (e.g., LGBTQI+ faculty and staff, Women in STEAM), or by issue (e.g., approaches to teaching about race in the classroom, being a part-time faculty member at Trinity, breaking down silos). There are limited funds available to assist in convening the affinity groups or providing reading materials.
